Angela is a twin mom with a love for all things skincare. What started as a personal love for treatments quickly turned into a passion for helping others feel confident and cared for. Angela was an élan client before joining our team as a Client Coordinator and we are so glad to have her wonderful personality greeting our guests.

Nurse Practitioner

Emma currently works as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family and acute medicine, previously working in Emergency Medicine. Emma has joined élan as a Nurse Practitioner focused on helping our clients in our Virtual Weight Loss Program. Emma brings her expertise, experience, and welcoming personality to our team and clients. Additionally, Emma is a certified Spanish medical interpreter.

Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Co-Owner

Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and graduated from Tricoci Unversity. Jordan previously worked as a professional makeup artist in Chicago before opening a successful Microblading business that recently merged with élan MED SPA.

Jordan specializes in laser and acne treatments, is a certified Acne Specialist, a ZO Skin Health Advanced Specialist, and a Master HydraFacial Specialist.

Laura is a delivery nurse at Advocate Aurora Christ Medical Center where she enjoys the thrill and excitement of a very busy and highly advanced unit. She loves creating a bond with her patients while helping to bring new life into the world.

Laura believes aging should be fun and you should feel confident while doing so. She looks forward to helping clients find the best regimen to help them age flawlessly and have fun while doing so! She's excited to make many new friendships with her clients and is so excited to be apart of the elan Med Spa team!

With over 9 years of experience as a registered nurse, Loran brings a strong foundation of clinical expertise, precision, and compassionate care to her role as an aesthetic nurse. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail ensure every client feels comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk in. Loran is passionate about combining the science of skincare with the art of aesthetics to help clients enhance their natural beauty. She stays up-to-date with the latest techniques and is committed to delivering safe, customized treatments tailored to each individual's goals. When she’s not at the med spa, Loran enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and continuing to learn about the latest innovations in beauty and wellness.

Kristina is a Registered Nurse at Advocate Christ Medical Center and works in the Cardiac Procedures Department. Kristina holds two degrees from Purdue University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kristina has held various roles in the nursing field but is most excited to be a part of the team at élan as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Kristina believes that when you look good, you feel good, and that’s the type of confidence she wants to help her clients have.

Marissa is a licensed Medical Aesthetician who graduated from Paul Mitchell School in November 2017. With a strong passion for aesthetics, she has spent the last 7 years in the industry thriving as she specialized in waxing. Marissa is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best at élan Med Spa.

Physician Associate

Mary Banks is a board certified Physician Associate for 9 years. Mary is happy to focus on medical aesthetics and is thrilled that her clinical experience will better serve patients in their weight loss journey. As a lifelong learner, Mary is excited to utilize her clinical experience to encourage a greater appreciation of beauty and wellness through the expansion of further aesthetic treatments. Mary loves that at élan she can align with her continuous mission to encourage patients to pursue the best version of themselves. Morgan has been a registered nurse for over 5 years, with experience as a bedside and travel nurse. She currently works at Northwestern Hospital in the Cardiac Recovery Unit, and previously at Community Hospital in their Intermediate care unit. As a certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Morgan specializes in Tox injections (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin), IV infusions, vitamins & wellness shots, and soon to be dermal filler. Known for her gentle touch and an eye for natural results, Morgan takes time to understand each clients goals and delivers customized treatments to enhance, not alter. Her philosophy is simple: to help her clients look and feel like the best version of themselves: refreshed, confident, and empowered. She is excited to grow at élan, and is grateful to be apart of this team.

With over two years of hands-on experience in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at a Community Hospital, Tanya has built a strong foundation in patient care, critical thinking, and clinical precision — all of which she now brings into the world of aesthetics at élan.
Tanya specializea in non-surgical treatments like tox and dermal fillers. Her approach focuses on enhancing natural beauty, building trust, and creating results that are subtle, balanced, and confidence-boosting.
