A medical spa is a spa that specializes in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. A med spa takes the relaxation part of a traditional spa and combines it with cutting-edge technology for aesthetic treatments.

Initial paperwork will be sent via email/text when the appointment is booked. This paperwork goes over health history, current medications, other treatments performed and general questions. There are also consent forms for you to fill out before the initial appointment.

No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of schedule appointment time result in a $50 cancellation fee or the loss of one treatment package session (whichever is the greater value).

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled first appointment time to fill out paperwork and consent forms. For all following appointments, we recommend 10–15 minutes to prepare before the appointment starts.

Going to a medical spa for the first time can be an intimidating experience. You might be wondering how to prepare and what to expect. We’ve gathered a list of tips to help our clients prepare; whether it’s your first appointment or you’re a med spa veteran.
Although the word “spa” is present in “medical spa”, there are some major differences although both provide a luxurious and relaxing environment for treatments.
While med spas and traditional day spas focus on physical and mental well-being, a med spa focuses more on aesthetics rejuvenation. For example, élan MED SPA has medical grade devices and technology, which would not be found at a day spa. Additionally, all treatments available have been recognized and approved by our Medical Director, Dr. Beauregard..

Ask questions. We are here for you and want to answer the questions that you may have about your experience, appointment, products or anything else.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Be honest about your medical history. We want to maximize your treatment and results and need to know of any prior history that could tamper with results
Drink plenty of fluids before and after your service.
Relax! This is your time to rejuvenate and restore.
Applying any harsh or strong treatments to your skin prior to your service such as Retinol, Tretinoin, or other chemical or physical exfoliants.
Changing your skincare products immediately prior to your service. Product changes can result in skin sensitivity or changes that otherwise might not occur.
Arriving to your skincare service with a sunburn on the treatment area. Unfortunately, we would not be able to complete treatment until the sunburn is gone.
Wearing makeup or product if receiving any facial treatments.
Being on your phone during your service.
