Step One: Initial Consult + Fasting Labs 45 mins. - $175

Meet with one of our Nurse Practitioners to discuss the program and to perform preliminary body evaluation to assure you medically qualify for program. Fasted labs are required in-spa to determine health and eligibility.

Step Two: Office visit 45 min - $150 plus 30 day medication cost of one of the following:

Semaglutide $150-$175 (price varies with dosing)

Tirzepatide $225-$475 (price varies with dosing)

Phentermine $85

Come in during your first week of the program post consultation and our Nurse Practitioner will administer medicine and your included vitamin injection as well as go in-depth with you discussing education and counseling.

Step Three: Weekly visits 2-4 no cost - 10 min.

Receive your weekly Semaglutide shot and check in with Nurse Practitioner. Or, you can opt to take your month of medication home and administer your own remaining 3 weekly shots.

Step Four: To ensure safe practices, we require in-spa fasted labs to be completed every 6 months while on the program.
